deps: bump xcb to 1.7.0
Notably, `xcb` 1.7.0 made `XidNew::new` no longer unsafe, so remove all of the unsafe blocks wrapping `XidNew::new` calls. Most of these were for creating fake windows in the unit tests, but a few were in `xstate`.
