Time display reverse
...
both minus and numberdisplays clickable
skin minus now visible
drawing minus-line (skins without minus) in correct color.
stop now contains minus as well.

Skin class now emits a signal when a skin has (hopefully) been loaded.
...
Widgets interested in such events handle the signal and update their
pixmaps accordingly.
